Anne said - 'I first met Wendy two years ago when my beloved dog Rex died and I was ravaged by grief. Somehow, she held me together and helped pull me through the pain. Over the years, she has supported me with her warmth and wisdom and gently helped me understand myself more clearly and deeply. I really don't know how she does this. She doesn't give advice and rarely gives opinions, let alone judgments. And yet she guides me to find my own way to sorting myself out. It never feels as if there's a set structure to what we do but there definitely is, and when we review our work, I can clearly see the progress I've made. I've come such a long way with Wendy's help. Its magic!'
Annie feedback - 'Wendy has been a great support to me when I needed it most. I met Wendy when volunteering for a charity and after a couple of conversations with her regarding my emotional state, I decided to go and visit her privately. I was so impressed by her natural approach to my concerns with what was going on, I wanted to see her privately. Well, it was one of the best decisions I've made!
Wendy just made me feel secure in her presence and made the session so easy for me to open up and talk to her. No pressure and within a very short time, I knew she knew where i was coming from. After a few sessions, I felt such peace of mind within myself and had a greater understanding of what had been building up within me for many years.
Wendy is a truly special lady who knows what she is talking about and to make each session open up and make me feel so much peace. Wendy is simply amazing and I would always recommend her to anyone who just needs to open up and talk about what ever is on their mind.'
Shirley shared - 'I highly recommend Wendy. She created a safe space with a therapeutic approach for me to talk about complex family relationships and the impact this was having on my low mood and everyday anxiety. Our work together has helped me to feel empowered in my every day life moving forwards'
Susan told me - 'I honestly could never thank you enough for everything you did. You made our lives so much better'
Clare wanted to say - 'Thanks so much for your help and support over this difficult year. You've taught me such a lot and I'm forever grateful'
Jane said - 'I love coming to our sessions, it gives me space to think about what I want and a chance to think about me'
Helen told me - 'I've really enjoyed our sessions. I find them really challenging but I am able to go away and really process what is happening and what I want to do to change'
