I believe that it is important for you to be able to find out who I am so that you can decide if I am the right person for you.
Research has shown that it is important for there to be a good relationship between the two of us and because of this, I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation to help us to gain a good understanding of each other and determine if we are able to work well together. There is no pressure or obligation to book any sessions after this initial conversation.
I have worked for many years with individuals who are dealing with grief, loss and bereavement and my vast amount of experience of working with people with complex disabilities has allowed me to recognise the pain that loss or bereavement may bring. Feeling listened to can help to heal pain and identify what is most important to you.
During the past few years, I have supported people who are dealing with addiction and recovery as well as individuals within the prison environment, offering respect, equality and fairness to all. I am able to recognise the trauma and pain that you may be dealing with and together, we can look at the tools that you may need to encourage positive change.
My previous experience and training provides me with the skills that I need to offer you a safe, confidential space working at a pace that is comfortable for you and where together, we can look at ways to accept and understand how to cope with difficult feelings, allowing you the opportunity to find the space to develop a better understanding of yourself and new ways to move forward.
